How do I return an item?

Most requests for return of Internet purchased fabric are the result of color representation. Please be aware that color displayed on the Internet can vary by the settings and lighting of your monitor. We urge you to order a sample of any item you are interested in, prior to making a purchase, as we do not offer returns for fabric that is determined to be first quality and within industry standards.

We apologize for the need of a restrictive return policy but once a fabric order is cut from the bolt the resulting piece of fabric will not necessarily be the size of another customers needs. Therefore, we only accept returns for refund for fabric that we determine as defective or fabric that was shipped in error and that has not been cut or altered from the condition at shipment. To be eligible for a defective fabric refund, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We measure and inspect all orders before shipment but if we have made a mistake and you have received a defective fabric, please accept our apology and follow the procedures below to receive a 100% refund or credit of your purchase price including shipping charges in an amount not to exceed our ground service rates. Please be aware that returns are not available for any other reason.

Refunds Are Not Available For Fabric That Is Determined Not To Be Defective.
Refunds Are Not Available For Fabric That Has Been Cut or Altered From It's Original Condition At Shipment.
Refunds Are Not Available For Samples.


Defective Fabric Return Procedure:
You must contact us by email or phone within 14 days of your receipt and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Email MilesRogers@PeachtreeFabrics.com or call 800-732-2437 between 8AM-5PM ET Monday-Friday. Please provide the order number, reason for return, product code and quantity of the item you wish to return.

We will arrange for UPS to pick up the package. Please include a copy of your original receipt or invoice inside the package and mark the RMA Number on the outside of the package. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of product return receipt after satisfactory inspection that the fabric is defective and is in it's original condition. We will communicate the refund to you at that time.
